MARTEEN is a "For Youth by Youth" Network. The network's purpose is to create ongoing inclusive events for youth (12-17 years) The network meets on fortnightly Tuesdays at 4 pm at both Rockingham City Youth Centre and Mandurah Billy Dower Centre.
